To continue our growth, we are looking for an operational manager. The person we are looking for will have full responsibility for production and the NPI-process. He/she will report to the General Manager and be a part of the management team. The ideal candidate has applicable education, and experience from management of High Mix - Low Volume B2B-production in an international environment. He/she must also have experience from Lean Production 5S, Kaizen and ERP-systems. We expect him/her to be process-orientated. Being fluent in Mandarin and have good skills in both oral and written English is essential. B. Commercially Driven Engineer We are looking for a multi-skilled person who would like to pursue a career with us. The person we are looking for is able to hold several responsibilities, including Quality Management as well as technical and quality support for our Purchasing Department. The ideal candidate have verified experience from engineering and quality work, a diploma in electrical engineering and experience from cable harness , PCB or automation industry. He or she needs to be fluent in English and used to have independent contacts with suppliers and customers. • Manufacturing and project preparations in our MRP system
• Support sourcing activity's buy identify and validate possible technical alternatives, thus "selling" the solution to the customer.
• Support sourcing to validate new suppliers quality performance C. Quality Manager We are looking for a multi-skilled person who would like to pursue a career with us. Formal responsibilities will include • Implementing and monitoring an ISO and a Management system
• Handle and work proactively with claims and answer claim rapports to customer as well as suppliers
• Implementing and work with QMB
• Support the engineers in the NPI process
• Support sourcing activity's by identifying and validating possible technical alternatives, "selling" the solution to the costumer.
• Support sourcing to validate new suppliers quality performance.
